Once you discover camping and experience the sheer wonder of sleeping under the stars, you'll be hooked. I first went camping with friends as a teenager and I loved it.
Of course it rained the whole time but that didn't dampen our enthusiasm. We were free! No parents to kill our fun or sense of adventure, no adults to tell us what to do. Just a small tent to protect us from the elements.
From then I spread my wings and have toured the USA, Europe and Asia by motorcycle in search of that same feeling of wonder I felt as a boy.
Over the next few pages I want to pass on some of the lessons I learned during my mini camping adventures in the hope that you will enjoy your own personal experiences as I did. Enjoy!
